RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Should the size you requested not fit you, we will gladly exchange the garment for you, given that it is returned in the exact same state as it was bought in.
Due to any stains, body orders and scents on the garment, the garment will not be exchanged.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items purchased during a promotional period.
Please note once your package has arrived NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES will be accepted after 7 days.
A refund will only be given if the garment is found to be faulty. Any other reason, the customer will only be able to exchange their garment, either for a different size or a new design.
The customer will have to cover the postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if Rochelle Tayla designs is is at fault, for example any faulty garments or dispatch errors.
NO returns or exchanges will be granted on swimwear/ bodysuits, due to hygienic reasons.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
All Goods are thoroughly inspected to ensure that they are in the best condition prior being sent to the Customer.
If the Customer believes that a Good is faulty or damaged, the Customer must notify Rochelle Tayla designs within 14 days of purchase by emailing @email@example.com with a description and images of the fault. We will assess the item(s) for any fault(s) and provide the Customer with the appropriate outcome.
We will meet the packaging and postage costs associated with the Customer returning a faulty or damaged Good.
Customers are liable for any delivery costs if the Good is found not to be faulty.
